Guiding productive remote meetings through a simple visual poster
during the shift to home office.
Problem framing
During the sudden shift from open offices to remote work, many
colleagues found it challenging to adapt, particularly struggling
with unproductive meetings. To address this, I designed a visual
poster with clear rules for effective meetings.
As a believer in the power of visualization, I used simple diagrams to replace lengthy discussions. This small effort, completed in just a few hours, made a significant impact in helping colleagues navigate remote work during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.
